I would give this clinic a zero-star rating if it were an option. The wait times are intolerably long, regardless of whether you arrive early or precisely at your scheduled appointment time. It’s clear that the clinic operates with a blatant disregard for the value of patients’ time. The healthcare providers demonstrate a troubling lack of basic patient care skills. Despite your extended wait, you’re treated to a rushed, impersonal appointment where you’re made to feel as though your time spent waiting was inconsequential. It’s disheartening to witness such a lack of professionalism and empathy. Even more concerning is the apparent negligence in handling necessary documentation. Providers frequently shirk their responsibilities, opting instead to suggest that patients seek care in an emergency room rather than fulfilling their role as primary care doctors. This not only undermines the patient-provider relationship but also raises serious questions about their commitment to proper patient care. The overall atmosphere at this clinic is one of dismissiveness and disrespect. It feels as though they regard themselves as being above their patients, treating appointments as mere formal

I waited just about 3 months for my appointment. 2 hours in waiting room I finally got into see Dr. By the way, she wasn't a Dr she was a nurse practitioner. Have been dealing with issues stemming from cancer. So I've seen it all. I saw the Dr for about 15 minutes. And the whole time she wore a mask. Barely understood her. Proceeded to tell me my fibromyalgia pain was in my brain. I just needed to change the way I think. WTH. Reduced my pain medication. Am seriously considering filing a formal complaint. Office people were very nice. The Dr was very unprofessional and scary. I can't believe she is actually practicing medicine. Please think twice before you go here.

If you like to sit and wait for an hour in a room because these people have no concept of time or consideration for your schedule, go here.

Was told to come for appointments at 3. I got there at about 2:50 and there was a sign on the door saying they were on lunch til 3:30. I proceeded to wait for my COVID test til 4:15 and they didn’t say anything about the wait. Horrible experience
